She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn Joyce; her daughter Amy Joyce; her mother Hellon Lawrence; and her siblings, Mary Lewellyn and Billy Lawrence.
She is survived by: her daughter Terry Gore; her grandsons, Traves Gore (Sherry) and Garrett Gunter (Alicia); her great grandchildren, Dylan Gore (Kelly), Kacey Gore and Kinsley Gunter; her nieces, Angie Lewellyn, Anna Boardman and Jemma Johnson; her brother-in-law Gene Lewellyn; her adoptive children, Pattie Hopper, Jeannie Duncan and Zane Ferguson; and her close friends, Teeny Joyce, Mary Sue Ferguson and Ruthie Cardwell.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Ayersville Baptist Church (310 NC-770, Mayodan, NC 27027). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
