Cook; his daughter Tammy Rene Woodall; his stepdaughters, Deborah Dunlap and Yvette Holt; his brother Fred Cook; his stepgrandchildren, Christy Cooper, Brandon Dunlap and Matthew Biggs; and his stepgreat-granddaughters, Hannah Cooper, Grace Cooper and Maggie Cooper.
