She was predeceased by: her father Ben Franklin Hopper; her grandparents, Floyd and Ollie Dalton; her brother Bennie "Joe" Lee Hopper; and her half-sister Wendy Hopper.
She is survived by: her close friend Daryl Evans; her sons, Christopher "Baby Boy" David Long (Christian) and Jacob "Pokie Baby" Teddy Evans; her grandchildren, Maddox Ray Long and Cason Levi Long; and her half-brother Paul Hopper. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, family, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (1020 Hope Beasley Rd, Sandy Ridge, NC 27046).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Colonial Funeral to help assist the family with funeral expenses.
