He is survived by: his wife Christina Amos Mitchell; his children, Christopher Dale Mitchell (Sarah) and Micayla Renae Mitchell Neill (Erik); his grandchildren, Felix, Theodore, Penelope, Susannah, Clementine Mitchell, Daisy, Cassie and Roscoe Neill; his mother Sue Mitchell; his brother James Mitchell (Beth); his father-in-law Clyde Amos; and his sisters-in-law, Melissa Winfrey (Teddy) and Michele Self (David).
