Ronald Bowser Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald Bowser Sr. (Sandy Ridge, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bowser and Irene Bowser; his daughter Linda Bowser Barker; his grandson Austin Lee Barker; and his siblings, Delbert Bowser, Floyd Bowser, Richard Bowser, Susanna Bowser, Jeanette Burns and Louise Smisko.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Lorent Bowser; and his children, Randall "Randy" Bowser, Ronald "Ronnie" Bowser, Jr., Monica Bowser Stanley (James "Robie" Stanley) and Brenda Macks. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (127 Ellisboro Rd, Madison, NC 27025). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bowser Family Cemetery (3123 NC-770, Sandy Ridge, NC 27046).
