She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Clark and Rachel Dorothy Martin Clark; her husband Easley Gray "E. G." Spencer; her half-sister Gladys Handy; and her son-in-law Doug Hickman.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Spencer (Janice) of Danbury, Becky Hickman of Stoneville, Vickie Spencer of Danbury and Shannon Garner (Brad) of Elizabethtown; and her grandchildren, Tracy Hickman, Thad Spencer, Ashley Hall, Stacy Cardwell, Kristie Weaver, Brayden Garner, Kara Moran and Kenzie Steffy. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home Stokes Chapel (1020 Hope Beasley Rd, Sandy Ridge, NC 27046). A burial will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM.
