She was predeceased by: her parent Roma Lucille Paris; her nephew Buddy; her husband James Floyd; her father Louis James Noe Jr.; and her brother Louis James Noe III.
She is survived by: her nephews, Jay, John, Chris and Jodie.
A burial was held on Sunday, May 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Flat Springs Baptist Church (4148 Deep River Rd, Sanford, NC 27330). Visitation was held on Sunday, May 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the First Baptist Church (202 Summitt Dr, Sanford, NC 27330). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, May 11th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association or First Baptist Church of Sanford.
