He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Johnson; his sons, Mike Johnson (Debbie), Ricky Johnson (Gloria) and Phillip Johnson (Amy); his grandchildren, Kent Johnson (Laurel), Taylor and Mackenzie Johnson; his great grandchild Allie Johnson; Tammy Johnson.
