Though Clifford may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Lee and Betty Lou Godfrey. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Wayne and Brenda Godfrey; his daughters, Sarah Godfrey, Lexus Godfrey, Savannah Godfrey and Harley Godfrey; his sister Shannon Godfrey; his girlfriend LaDora Keel; and his pets, Buster and Kids. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rise Assembly Church (100 Upchurch Farm Rd, Sanford, NC 27332). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
