She is survived by: her children, Don Maddox (Gail) of Sanford, NC, Mike Maddox of Bennettsville, SC, June Osborne of Sanford, NC, Marilyn Bellamy (Ralph) of Sanford, NC and Phyllis Maddox of Virginia Beach, VA; and her grandchildren, Tracy Plumley (Carl), Tonya Helgesen (John), Summer Roberson, Billy Maddox (Stephanie), Kevin Maddox Justin (Pam), Ariane Cooley (Nate), Jasmine Maddox, Johnnie Bellamy and Tracy Byrd.
