He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Skeens Pointer; and his sister Brenda Leigh. He is survived by: his father Guy Denzil Pointer Sr. (Betty); his wife Linda Pointer; his children, Trey Pointer (Aiden Pointer), Timothy Edwards Jr. (Stephanie), Alisha Kreitzman (Gary) and Lialoni Criswell (Jaysen Criswell); his siblings, Steven Pointer (Adrianna) and Kathy Cunningham; his half-sisters, Trisha Pointer and Natalie Pointer; and his brother-in-law Bob Leigh. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
