He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Amos Sechrist and Mary Fulps Sechrist; his wife Elsie Hiatt Sechrist; and his siblings, Louise Easter, Mary Ruth and Frank Sechrist.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Sechrist of Sanford, NC, Jesse Sechrist (Margaret) of Sanford, NC, Amos Sechrist of Sanford, NC and Joyce Sechrist of Sanford, NC; and his siblings, Kat McMillan, Luther Ray Sechrist and Dennis Sechrist. He is also survived by grandfather, whose deep love for his family and friends.
