She was predeceased by: her son Wayne S. Hooker, Jr.; and her siblings, Margaret, Reynold, James and Andrew Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Carla; and her granddaughters, Kamaria and Allison. She is also survived by sons, Godchildren, her siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
