She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Satterfield and Jessie Cox Satterfield; her daughter Sandra Moretz Dixon; and her sister Jean Gunter. She is survived by: her sons, Clay Moretz (Nan) and Mike Moretz (Dawn); her grandchildren, Burton Dixon (Ashley), Adam Moretz (Conley), Elizabeth Thrash (Taylor), Colton Moretz and Madison Moretz; her great grandchildren, Brooks Moretz, Claire Dixon, Mason Moretz and Trey Dixon; and her nieces, Paula Troutman (Gary), Carla Barnes (Rocky) and Jane Doss (Ronnie).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Jonesboro Presbyterian Church (2200 Woodland Ave, Sanford, NC 27330). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
