She is survived by: her husband Steven Phillips; her children, Monica Martin (Eric) of Sanford, NC, Justin Monroe of Jacksonville and Jason Monroe (Jennifer) of Seymour, Indiana.; her siblings, Netha Cox of Sanford, NC, Stacie Quillen of Crothersville, Christine Sheffield of Crothersville, Indiana. and Mark Hensley of Florida; her grandchildren, Jacob Monroe, Gracee Monroe, Tristan Blaylock, Aiden Blaylock, Daphnie Bachmann and Ashley Bachmann; and her great grandchild Kenzo Ramos.
