He was predeceased by: his sister Gwen Richter (Bob). He is survived by: his family Jesus; his wife Jane Seagle Moffat; his children, Lisa Moffat-Markowski (Charlie), James Moffat (Fern Lopez) and Alan Moffat (Denise); his grandchildren, Katlyn Barlow (Josh), Nicole Moffat, Caleb Moffat (Lizbeth), Keagan Moffat and Joshua Moffat; and his great grandchildren, Alaric Moffat and Eliora Jane Moffat.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rogers Pickard Funeral Home (509 Carthage St, Sanford, NC 27330). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rogers-Pickard Funeral Home (509 Carthage St, Sanford, NC 27330).
