He is survived by: his children, Paul Clay Utley (Lindsay) and Catherine West (Elijah); his grandchildren, Jana King Utley, Linden Roy Utley, Percy Glenn West and Winslow Cole West; his siblings, Joseph Roy Utley Jr. (Molly) and Donna Utley; and his nieces, April Utley and Sarah Utley.
