He was predeceased by: his parent Vendral Townsend Kelly; his wife Beverly Ann Watson Kelly; and his siblings, Margaret Kelly Matthews and Hal Brown Kelly. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Ann Kelly Reece (Tony), Cynthia Kelly Loftus (Timothy) and Lisa Susan Kelly; his brother Roy Eldon Kelly (Sherwin); his grandchildren, Jacob Anthony Reece (Jessica) and Meghan Reece Brown (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Berkeley and Dawson.
