He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Ross Cummings and Billie Ruth Stone Cummings; and his brother Travis Kelvin Cummings. He is survived by: his wife Kaye H. Cummings; his daughters, Sara C. Godfrey (Jamie), Kathryn C. Snipes (Patrick) and Claire C. Davis (Colton); his grandchildren, Avery Snipes, Jackson Snipes, Emerson Godfrey, Addyson Godfrey and Madilyn Davis; and his brother Danny Cummings (April). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
