It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Carl Painter of Sanford, North Carolina, who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Johnny R. Painter; and his wife Peggy Lou Hainey Painter. He is survived by: his son Philip Painter (Wendy); and his granddaughter Kaylie.
