Thomas Flynn Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2025, at the age of 85, Thomas Flynn (Sanford, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Thurman Flynn and Edith Hall Flynn; and his siblings, Glenda Flynn Stanley and Nelson Ray Flynn. He is survived by: his children, Wanda Gattis (Alfred), Sharon Mulhall (Rich) of Ontario, CA, David Flynn (April) of Little River, SC, Toyna Carlyle of Sanford, NC and Sonya Grissom (Bill) of Sherman, Texas.; his brother Roy Flynn (Kathy) of Sanford, NC.; his grandchildren, Carleigh, Cameron, Heather, Jacob, Tyler, Matthew and William; his pet Maggie; and his caregivers, Lovie Hobgood, Linda Grissom and Lorie Neal. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, as well as many nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lemon Springs Baptist Church (576 Sanders Rd, Sanford, NC 27332).
