William Rowland Tripp Jr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Rowland Tripp Jr. of Sanford, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 12, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, William shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid William farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rowland Tripp and Annie Janie Harrelson Tripp; his wife Estelle Simmons Tripp; and his siblings, Brownie Buck Tripp, Marian Mashburn, Shirley Reed, Ophelia Gogo and Lois Garten Seaman.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Tripp and William Craig Tripp; his brother Henry "George" E. Mruk; and his close friend Elsie Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Gulf Presbyterian Church (1253 Gulf Rd, Goldston, NC 27256). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 3:45 PM at the same location.
