He is survived by: his brother Dr. Samuel Thorne Gregory, Jr. (Sherry Norris Gregory) of Dunn, NC; his nephew Samuel Thorne Gregory III (April Taylor) of Creedmoor, NC; his brother-in-law Richard Lee Milford IV (Milissa Milford) of Grosse Pointe; his nephew Richard Lee "Tobie" Milford V (Lara Milford); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isaac Ellis Milford and Olliver Shepherd Milford of Sherman, Texas; his sister Blanche Gregory Garrell (Michael Maxwell Garrell) of Shepherdstown, WV; his niece Heather Francis Berg (Dax Berg); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ender Berg and Zen Berg of Tustin, California; his nephew Justin Michael Garrell (Ellie Emami); his nephew Matthew Gregory Garrell of Manly Beach, Australia.; and also Jordan Garrell of Ashburn, VA.
