She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Benjamin Boykin and Evelyn Miller Boykin; and her sisters, Betty Cento, Mary Lee Snell, Jackie Threewitts and Anita Jones.

She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Gray Blythe, Sr.; her children, Penny Blythe Williams (Jeff) of Henrico, Virginia and Jimmy Gray Blythe, Jr. (Amy) of Creedmoor, NC; her grandsons, Shane Williams (Hannah) and Joshua Blythe (Kristen); and her great grandchildren, Carter Williams, Emma Blythe, Enoch Blythe and Hope Blythe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
