He was predeceased by: his father Ned Lewis Parker Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Carrie B. Parker Hines; his children, Dwayne Barnes, Titus Parker, Sharmaine Parker, Michael Parker, Crystal Parker and Milton Parker Jr.; his stepchildren, Vivian High and Elliott High; his grandchildren, JJ, Maddie, Kamiah, Natashia, Chanel, Hailey, Faith, Miracle, Mazi, Margo, Maliq, Kiara, Nya, Jorvina, Ziona and Arianna; and his significant other Lorene High. He is also survived by two loving sisters; three brothers.
