Cicero Vance Williams Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on October 21, 2025, at the age of 95, Cicero Vance Williams of Seagrove, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Williams and Eula Belle Parks Williams; his wife Peggy Spencer Williams; and his siblings, Lewis Williams, T. H. Williams, Margaret Williams, Yvonne Williams and Shirley Kearns.
He is survived by: his daughters, Wanda Trogdon (Boyd), Pat Kiser (Phillip) and Kathy Marsh (Bobby); his grandchildren, Beth Allen, Jason Kiser, Justin Kiser, Charity Chriscoe, Jordan Kiser, Joel Marsh and Jessica Marsh-Creech; and his sisters, LaRue Cook (Larry) and Betty Satterfield. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
