She was predeceased by: her parents, Greer Leon Frye and Minnie Virla Butler Frye; her children, Benny Lee Chrisco, Cathy Crisco Pugh and Tammy Crisco Pugh; her sisters, Betty Barker and Doris Lineberry; her grandchildren, Kristy Lanier Barringer, Jennifer Louise Pugh and Benny Lee Chrisco, Jr.; and her in-laws, Dewey and Daphne Martindale.
She is survived by: her husband Windol D. Martindale; her children, Debra Louise Crisco Stout of Asheboro, Gayla Dawn Martindale (John) of Bennett and Keith Windol Martindale of Seagrove; her siblings, Patricia Frye Walker of Asheboro, Jerry Leon Frye (Ellen) of Ramseur and John Wesley Frye (Mary) of Apex; and her grandchildren, Misty Bullard, Jody Pugh (Tammy), Robbie Pugh, Jason Pugh, Justin Pugh, Joshua Martindale (Jenna), Alicia Martindale and Megan Stout.
