She is survived by: her mother Betty Garner; her son Zachary Duke (Ashley); her grandchildren, Keegan, Christopher and Madison; and her siblings, Paula Linebery (Carl), Keith Garner (Robin), Mark Garner and Nathan Garner. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends.
