It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Ann Garner of Seagrove, North Carolina, who passed away on January 5, 2026, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Garner and Mildred Moore Garner; her brother Ronnie; her nephew Adam; and her close friend Sophia.

She is survived by: her siblings, Wayne Garner (Vickie), Brenda Garner Cassady (Charlie) and Ricky Garner; and her children, Jerid Cassady, Will Garner (Kayly), Jamie Garner Long (Austin) and Katelin Garner Johnson (Justin).

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Needham's Grove Church or to Needham's Grove Senior Saints, who she loved to play bingo with.
