He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Marley and Lula Ritter Marley; and his sister-in-law Chrissy Marley. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Garner (Gary) of Robbins and Nathaniel Marley (Ashley) of Robbins; the mother of his children Teresa New; his siblings, Christina Deane (Scott) of Virginia, Daniel Marley (Leanna) of Seagrove and Kerry Marley of Fuquay-Varina; his grandchildren, Kevin Garner (Kaitlyn) and Adalyn Marley; and his caregiver Susan of Stanley's Hospice.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Needham's Grove Baptist Church (359 Needham Grove Rd, Seagrove, NC 27341). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
