We bid farewell to Beatrice Jones Edgeley of Selma, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 14, 2025 at the age of 77. Beatrice Jones touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hyman Jones and Dixie Jones Pierce; her daughter Sandra Pendergraft; her granddaughter Amanda Pendergraft; her siblings, Lee Jones and Sheila Hill; and her brother-in-law Danny Watkins.
She is survived by: her husband James Edgeley; her children, Jenny Sorensen (Lonnie) and Jerome Edgeley (Miranda); her grandchildren, Dallas, LJ (Katie), Madison, Kevin, Tyler, Krystal, Erika, Joseph (Hope), Brittney and Tiffany; her great grandchildren, Liza, Austin, Calab, Braylen, McKenzie and Waylen; and her siblings, James Jones (Margaret), JoAnn Watkins, Diane Pierce (Golden), Cathy Stanley (Tony), Phillip Jones, Alton Hill, Patsy Autry (Roy) and Pam Lewis (Donnie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Parrish Funeral Home (1351 S Pollock St, Selma, NC 27576).
