She is survived by: her sister Ernestine Powell; her daughter Susan Perry Matney (Roger); her daughter-in-law Katie Lee Perry; her granddaughters, Amber Perry Smith (Wesley) and Ashley Perry Blevins (Corey); and her great grandchildren, Harper Lee Smith, Calvin Scot Smith, Piper Lynn Blevins, Drew Perry Blevins and Andy Dennis Blevins.
