He is survived by: his son Joe Toth; and his sisters, Angie Dale of Phoenix, AZ, Dilly Whittington of Selma, NC and Cindy Wise of Smithfield, NC. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews.
