He is survived by: his wife Wanda Mitchum Willis; his children, Michael Garner (Pam) of Garner, Dyllon Mitchum, Darren Mitchum (Meredith), Gail Garner of Beaufort, Melissa Williams and Jennifer Seward; and his sisters, Lillie Ann Horne (Royce) and Bessie Willis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
