She was predeceased by: her husband James Charles Woodard "Jim"; and her parents, Sue Price, and Floyd Price, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, James Kirby Woodard (Lisa) and Caroline Woodard Cook; her grandchildren, Jimmy, Lulu, Frances Cook, Wyatt and Violet Woodard; and her siblings, Gayle Price Van Velsor of Fearrington Village, Flo Price Batten of Wilson and Floyd Price III of Wrightsville Beach.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (600 W Elizabeth St, Selma, NC 27576).
