She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Jr. Hooks (RJ); her daughter Teresa Lynn; her siblings, Estelle Rains, Ruth Powell, Bill Parrish, Melvin Parrish, Elton Parrish, Evelyn Jones and Junior Parrish; and her parents, Eddie Parrish and Effie Parrish.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Hooks (Jacquie), Wanda Jones (Ray), Tim Hooks (Evelyn Honse), Chris Hooks and Sandra Godwin. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
