He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Preddy and Frances Preddy; his sister Sandra Preddy Wright; his nephew Franklin Joel Pergerson; his granddaughter Kathleen Michelle Blumeyer Choplin; and his pets, Thelma, Louise, Pasha and Blair (Cee Blair Sin).
He is survived by: his daughters, Deidera Seibel (Danny Norris) and Sharon Law; his grandchildren, Nicolette Seibel, Samantha Seibel (Thomas Churchill), Brent Law, Jr. (Raven Law) and Trevor Law (Jessica Law); his great grandchildren, Abigail Law, Alianna Law and Forest Law; his former wife Esther Preddy; and his niece Pam Batchelor. He is also survived by his two daughters, five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
