He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Greene and Grace Greene; and his sons, Harry Greene Jr. and Chris Greene. He is survived by: his wife Marguerite Pilkington Greene; his daughter Johnna Holloman (Ricky); and his grandson Todd Holloman.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Masonic Home for Children, 600 College St., Oxford, NC 27565.
