She was predeceased by: her parents, Moulton D. Peacock and Murial Griffin Peacock; her husband Rudolph Evans; and her siblings, Katie Jean Peacock and Royce Peacock (Elli).
She is survived by: her children, David, Danny and Dianne (Jesse Hawkins); her grandson Jacob Hawkins; and her sister Betty Horseman (Ed).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Wilson Memorial Service (2811 Fieldstream Dr N, Wilson, NC 27896). Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the charity of one's choice.
