She is survived by: her husband Allen Ray Best Sr.; her children, Allen Ray Best Jr., Derek Wayne Best (Dana) and Wendy Carol Best Woodard (Greg); her siblings, Bobby Garland Lucas (Wilda) and Laura Faye Suzor (Butch); her grandchildren, Rebecca Rayanne Best, Kasey Leigh Best (Erik Torres), Catherine Danielle Rubio (Aaron), Kelvin Gregory Woodard (Logan Blackmon), Karlyn Mae Woodard, Derek Lane Best and Emma Rose Best; and her great grandchildren, Lucas Matthew Beavers, Benjamin Allen Rubio, Kallum Lamar Torres, Killian Lex Torres and Kaius Lindan Torres.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parrish Funeral Home (1351 S Pollock St, Selma, NC 27576). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
