He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Franklin Bowen and Sadie Hales Bowen; and his wife Rose Marie Godwin Bowen. He is survived by : his children, Charles Bowen (Rebecca) of Selma, Cathy Fitzgerald (Roy Horne) of Warsaw and Frances Pilkington of Selma. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
