He was predeceased by: his parents, Rossie Blackman and Flossie Capps Blackman; his wife Nora Blackman; his granddaughter Ashlee Caroline Blackman; and his brothers, Edward Williams and Buddy Blackman.
He is survived by: his children, Noah Lee Blackman, Jr. (Debra) and Rebecca Blackman Russell (Brent); his grandchildren, Emily Blackman Beasley (Adam) and Austin Lee Blackman; and his great grandchild Luke Adam Beasley.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Live Oak Baptist Church (1555 Live Oak Church Rd, Selma, NC 27576). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
