He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom I. Davis and Janet T. Davis; his son Charlie Crocker; and his close friend Sandy. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lynch Davis of Selma; his daughters, Jennie Rebecca Davis of Durham and Elizabeth Sullivan (Chris); his brother Mike Davis (Alice Garland) of Raleigh; his nephews, Michael T. W. Davis (Megan) of Cary and Matthew B. Davis (Rachel) of Wilmington; his niece Whitney G. Swink (Micah) of Raleigh; and his grandchildren, Dillon Crocker (Amber), Samantha Crocker, Austin Sullivan (Sydney) and Colby Sullivan (Kalli). He is also survived by two grandnephews and a grandniece.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Selma Civic Center (300 N Webb St, Selma, NC 27576).
