She is survived by: her boyfriend William K. Adams; her daughters, Renee Gentry Horton (Don Jones) and Michelle Gentry Randle; and her grandchildren, Holly Nicole Little, Timothy David Little, Jeremy Blake Little, Daniela Coats, Rachael R. Horton, Amber R. Morey (Nicholas) and Daniel J. Horton. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
