He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Behre and Marguerite Behre; his wife Claire; and his children, Suzanne and Steven.
He is survived by: his children, Walter Behre (Rebecca) of Moscow, James Behre, Karen Halada (Charles) and Charles Behre (Nina) of Costa Mesa. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
In honor of his life and legacy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation, and Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, organizations that reflect Roger's commitment to service and community.
