She is survived by: her husband James R. Almond; her children, Susan V. Coker McCoy (Ronnie), Mike Almond (Patty) and Robert Almond; her grandchildren, Cale Hill (Debbie), Alex Almond (Taarna) and Michael McCoy (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Aiden, Maven and Kacie; and her sisters-in-law, Peggy Whitfield and Carol Almand.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Rouse Funeral Home (108 N Caswell St, La Grange, NC 28551). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
