She is survived by: her husband George Clayton Howard; her sons, Clay Howard (Gina LoGalbo Romaniello), Bill Paderick Jr. (Joyce) and Chris Paderick (Jimi); her grandchildren, Christopher DeLuise, Chris Smith (Toni), Anne Lambert, Billy Paderick, Madison Howard-Reardon (Tyler), Anthony Romaniello, AJ Romaniello, Dustin Paderick and Drew Lambert (Lynnsey Hamner); her great grandchildren, Addison Lambert, Sawyer Lambert, Cohen DeLuise, Collin Smith, Clara Jean DeLuise, Larsen Smith, Rusty Paderick and Camden Lambert; her sisters, Evelyn Barrow and Emma Jones; her sister-in-law Margaret McIntosh; and her caregiver Sonya Raynor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Seven Springs Church on the Hill or Samaritans Purse.
