With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Charlene J. Van Beuren of Shallotte, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Charlene left this world on July 29, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles J. Weinmann and Adele Trizinski Weinmann; her husband John Van Beuren; and her children, Glenn Gallantz and Jill Benison.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Soderblom (Art) of Calabash, NC and John Van Beuren (Debbie) of Circleville, NY; her siblings, Arlene Clancy of Westbury, NY, Patricia Gilvea of Las Vegas, NV and Charles Weinmann of Northampton, MA; her grandchildren, Jennifer and David; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Blake, Blair and Kai.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Martinez-Morse Funeral Home (33 Railroad Ave, Middletown, NY 10940). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Hillside Cemetery (50 Mulberry St, Middletown, NY 10940).
