With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harry McClard Jr. (Shallotte, North Carolina), born in Sumter, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 24, 2025 at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his daughter Charlayne. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his stepson Rob Turcotte; his children, Susan Darnell (Charles) of Alabama and David McClard (Jennifer) of Willow Springs, NC; his grandchildren, Nathan (Jenna), Emily, Samuel and Jonathan; and his siblings, Betty, Janet, James, Wayne and Anthony.
To honor Bud, donations may be made to the St. James the Fisherman's Fresh Face Forward fund, continuing Bud's legacy of community support and improvement.
