Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jack Ray Bryant (Shallotte, North Carolina), who passed away at the age of 89, on May 19, 2026. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred William Bryant and Bertie Lee Gordon Bryant; his sisters, Mary Louise "Weesie" Wilen and Betty Jean Winston; and his wife Jinx.
He is survived by: his children, Vic Bryant (Linda), Kenneth Bryant (Lea), David Bryant and Jackie Peeden (Robert); his sister Shirley Pope; and his grandchildren, Steve Bryant (Cynthia), Samantha Hamlin (Robbie), Kenny Bryant and Sarita Bryant. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made in honor of Jack to the St. Brendan, the Navigator Catholic Church Building Fund as his thank you to the wonderful ministers to the sick and homebound.
